KRUG EXPEDITION
2022 sees the return of a dense trade show and events program for KRUG EXPEDITION.
Both the impact of COVID-19, which has caused a domino effect of pressure on supply chains and a crucial parts shortage over the past years, and the impact of the war in Ukraine have had a noticeable impact on the way we run our day-to-day business.
We believe in quality in every detail. With great intention and care, we used the past few months to strengthen the production of our tried-and-tested range of Series Modules. The production capacities were expanded within Austria and at other locations within the EU, and our warehousing was thus able to be massively expanded.
The goal being that we can keep our delivery promises to our customers and deepen relationships with our customers and important partners.
KRUG EXPEDITION is grateful to be taking part in all the legendary industry trade shows that are held across Germany in Bad Kissingen, Friedrichshafen and Düsseldorf, plus there is an In-House Expo planned right at the start of the winter season at the company’s headquarters in Austria.
KRUG EXPEDITION always considers the customer at the center of all activities, and this year we make an effort to digitize the first touch-point prior to a face to face meeting at the trade shows with the option for interested people to book an appointment with us online. While there is nothing revolutionary in using technology to back essential processes, we believe this tool will make a crucial difference in providing a smooth base for an overall emphasis on creating a stringent customer journey experience that starts online.
The time frame for booking appointments is limited to a few weeks before the respective trade fair or event. Interested parties can now book an appointment online and, if necessary, access the information provided on how to use the tool and how to proceed.
EXHIBITS ON DISPLAY KRUG EXPEDITION will be showcasing a roster of trucks at the shows, including the latest version of our coveted PROJECT RHINO and examples from our Series Modules offering.
